Collect the form at our school in person
Collection and Submission of Application Form (Unlimited quota)
Date: 12th August 2025 (Tuesday) to 15th November 2025 (Saturday)
Time: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Submission method: Submit in person or by post (with all the required documents)
Application fee: HKD 40 (Please make a cheque payable to N.T.W. & J.W.A.Limited Yuen Long Nursery School). The application fee is non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.
